If you are seeing 503 or other 5xx errors when trying to import our Starter templates, the reason could be that your hosting server is timing out due to not having memory or other resources.
Regardless of when or how the error occurs you need to look in your PHP error log to determine the issue and what might be done to resolve it. Finding and deciphering PHP error log files is not for the standard user and you should contact your hosting provider for help if this is unfamiliar you. Your hosting provider and read the errors and help you resolve the server issue.
