Scars are the body’s natural way of regenerating skin after undergoing damage that has been inflicted by injuries or surgery or even plain acne problems. Although it is a natural process, the appearance of those ugly scars can still cause a lot of insecurity and embarrassment. We try to hide them by covering them up with clothing or make-up. We worry if other people seem to notice it too much…they make us so self-conscious of ourselves especially in public.
