Do your themes work with Blogger or WordPress.com?
Unfortunately, no. All our themes are built for self-hosted WordPress.org sites using the Kadence Framework. This means you will need a hosting provider to host your website. If you are just starting out, you’ll want to see this.
Do I need to purchase the Kadence framework in addition to your theme?
No! The Kadence Framework is free so no additional purchase is required. If you find that you need the features available in Kadence Pro, this is something that can be purchased later. You can learn more about Kadence here.
How many sites can I use your theme on?
You may use the theme you purchased on your own website. In fact, you can use the theme on up to 3 of your own websites. But you may not redistribute the theme to anyone else.
If you are a website designer creating sites for your clients, then you or your client will need to purchase an additional license for each of your client’s websites. Restored 316 will only provide support to the person who purchased the theme. This is why we encourage all designers to have their clients purchase the license directly from us. What kind of support is included with your themes?
After you purchase your theme, you’ll want to see our comprehensive support docs that will help you get everything set up. If you find yourself stuck somewhere, submit a support ticket and our team is more than happy to help!
We are here to help get your site set up like the demo. Anything above this is considered a customization so may require a customization fee.
We do not support highly customized versions of our themes by you or your designer.
How long do you support your themes?
We will provide support for 1 year from your date of purchase.
Am I able to upload my own logo?
Absolutely!! You can add your own logo for desktop and for mobile!
How much am I able to customize on your themes?
You are able to customize quite a bit… from fonts to colors and all the content within any page and post.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of all our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Can I use an ecommerce plugin with your themes?
Absolutely! You can install an ecommerce plugin such as WooCommerce with any of our themes. You can read more about others options here as well. All our themes come ready to go for WooCommerce but if you’d like to use another checkout option, our Shop Page Templates would be a great companion to your theme.
Do I need to purchase a page builder or anything additional for your themes?
No! All our themes use the free Kadence Blocks plugin so no additional purchase is required.
When I install your theme will it look exactly like the demo site?
It sure will! If you follow all our installation instructions, your new site will look exactly like our demo site immediately after installation. You will then come behind the installation and update the images and copy with your own.
Are the stock photos in the demo included with your themes?
In most of our theme demos, we use images from Social Squares. All these images are copyrighted to Social Squares and can not be used unless you have your OWN membership. If you do not have a membership with Social Squares, all imported images will need to be replaced.
How do I download my files after purchase?
Immediately after purchase you will get an email with the details of your order, along with a link to download your theme files. You also have access to all your downloads inside of your Restored 316 account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through Paypal, credit card, and debit card.
I’m just getting started and I’m not very tech savvy. Can I really do this?
You absolutely can! We have thousands of customers that have never created a website before that follow our instructions and do it all on their own. If you find that you’re stuck in any area, we are more than happy to help through a support ticket! We really want you to know we are here far beyond your purchase!
Is the theme a one time fee or an annual fee?
It is a one time fee and covers the use on any of your personal websites. We are intentional on keeping things affordable because we truly believe having a beautiful online presence shouldn’t break the bank!
