As the name implies, you draw out your whole website on the editor, and you literally create webpages by just drawing them out! No complicated code necessary! These tools can be free or paid, for example you can use Mozilla’s Seamonkey, which is a WYSIWYG editor and browser all in one. If you have some money to spare, consider investing in Adobe Dreamweaver, one of the best WYSIWYG editors out there (but it’s rather expensive).
